Week 4 – Monday 2nd July to Friday 6th July, 2018
Sadly, we have reached the final week already and the children are busy spending their last full day with their host families before they return home to Belarus tomorrow. However, they have had another week full to the brim with amazing activities. Let’s find out more:
On Monday, the children went to Dreamland with the taxi drivers’ charity day.
On Tuesday, they enjoyed a craft and puppet-themed workshop.
On Wednesday, the children visited the John Nike Ski Centre for skiing, tubing and tobogganing.
On Thursday, it was another swimming session at Maidstone Leisure Centre followed by a picnic at Mote Park.
On Friday, it was some science fun and rocket launching, followed by preparations for the annual concert.
What a fantastic visit it has been this year.
Thank you so much to everyone that has made all of this happen. We are extremely grateful to everyone who supports the charity in any way and we could not do this without your donations in time, money, gifts, equipment, activities for the children and much, much more. Look what we have achieved together! Thank you.
