Week 1 – Monday 11th June to Friday 15th June, 2018
It is amazing how fast 11 months comes around after you wave the children off after their four week visit. And now they are back and have already completed their first week of their 2018 visit to Medway. Let’s find out what they have been up to:
As always the first few days of the children’s visit is dedicated to them receiving any medical care needed. So it is lots of appointments with doctors, dentists and opticians. But there is still some time in-between for some fun and games.
On Wednesday, it was a day filled with crafts, cooking and games at the church.
On Thursday, a trip to Maidstone Leisure Centre meant that the children enjoyed swimming, the ice slide and the soft play.
On Friday, the children visited John Lewis in Bluewater where they were fitted for new school shoes and some amazing gifts at lunch in the cafe. The children also squeezed in a visit and play at the Lego Store.
I think you will agree that they have had an amazing first week to their 2018 visit.
