Our annual Car Treasure Hunt was on Easter Monday and as usual there was lots of fantastic competitive spirit. Each of the 20 teams were given a sheet of directions taking them on a magical mystery tour of Medway, with lots of stops along the way to look for answers to questions. Then, when they returned to the start for refreshments, they had a set of puzzles to answer whilst they had a drink and ate some cake.
It isn’t a race to get back first, the winners are those that score the best on the questions and puzzles. This year’s prize winning teams were:

2nd place: The Egg Raiders
3rd place: Wicked Women
4th place: Grandma’s Gang
5th place: The Savage Bunnies
6th place: Scooby Crew

Friends of Chernobyl’s Children (FOCC) – Medway funds yearly recuperative visits of one month for socially disadvantaged Belarusian children (aged between seven and twelve) from the areas still devastated by the 1986 Chernobyl nuclear disaster.
