Week 3 – Monday 27th June to Friday 1st July, 2016
The weeks are whizzing by already and it is time to fill you in on what the children have been doing in their third week in the UK.
The children spent Monday and Tuesday at Mid-Kent College, where they were entertained with a host of fantastic activities – from pizza making, hair styles, swimming to football.
On Wednesday, the children spent the day at Capstone Park with the Park Rangers.
On Thursday, a trip to Chatham Ski Centre in the morning and then to Abbey Court School for an art lesson and computerised games in the afternoon.
And finally on Friday the good old British weather was not kind and instead of the scheduled day trip to the beach the children went swimming and then practised their pieces for their upcoming concert.
We are so very grateful to everyone who helps us put on these amazing activities for our children. From the volunteers who help run the day, to those that provide activities. You are all amazing! Thank you so much for making such a difference.
